I’m going to teach you how to make a SIMPLE ICE CREAM BASE MADE OF ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS – heavy whipping cream and condensed milk! This base recipe is widespread on the Internet, but I first saw it through watching one of my all-time favorite YouTubers, Gemma Stafford, from Bigger Bolder Baking! She is a fantastic pastry chef and YouTuber and I hope someday to achieve such a level of success! I’m doing what I love, so that’s a great start! Well, let’s get down to the NITTY GRITTY. You definitely have to visit – there are a few different locations around and they have a colorful array of unique flavors including jasmine milk tea, mango chamoy, and they even make a green version of their blue cookie monster ice cream, which they call MINT MONSTER! I admire their stellar creativity! The idea comes from one of my favorite shops – Afters Ice Cream.
